Chocolate Coconut Milk Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 5 tablespoons agave
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon guar gum

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the ingredients and whisk to mix. Chill mixture in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours. Rewhisk and pour into an ice cream maker, freezing to manufacturer’s directions. Chill in the freezer 2 hours before serving.
