Really? That’s all there is to it? I will absolutely try this. My go-to sweetener for salad dressings is honey, but I’ll think about maple syrup next time . Right now I put it on French toast http://larrupin.blogspot.com/2009/05/how-to-make-french-toast-with.html, but I may have to think outside the box…

I know that recipe probably isn’t on a runner’s menu, but with whole grain bread and topped with fruit it’s also good.
