Brown Rice Sushi Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cane sugar

Cook the brown rice through. Drain any excess water that might be residual(if you’re using leftover rice, just throw it in a pot over the stove). Add in all the ingredients and stir over low heat until the rice is sticky and congeals to itself. Remove from the heat and serve.
