Chewy Almond Raisin Cookies
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup flour(gluten-free preferred)
- 3/4 cup cane sugar
- 1 cup salted almond butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup raisins(golden preferred)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat your oven to 350. In a bowl, sift together the sugar, flour, and baking soda. Add the almond butter and milk and mix until incorporated. Beat in the egg and lastly add the raisins. The batter should be reminiscent of caramel. Spoon onto lined cookie sheets in 18-24(they will expand) dollops and bake for 12-15 minutes or until browning.
