Chocolate Avocado Pudding Recipe

Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 3oz avocado
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • Sweetener to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder, if available
  • 3 tablespoons liquid(I prefer So Delicious plain coconut milk kefir)

Add the avocado and cocoa powder into a food processor. Blend until fully incorporated. Add in the liquid, vanilla powder, and sweetener, and mix with a fork until combined. Plate and serve. Alternatively, this can be made without a food processor. Just put the ingredients into an overly sized bowl and mash with a fork until pureed.
