I am definitely an ingredient hawk but mostly because I am checking for non-vegan ingredients. I know there are many people out there that don&#039;t understand how to read a nutrition label and it makes me very sad. We should all be able to know what we are putting in our bodies, especially if we are the ones purchasing the food!</description>
