Kristina is a blogger's BFF - I love her! Oh man, s'mores z bars are bueno. You just reminded me to check my WFs to see if they have them yet!

I remember you asked me how carob chips were and, since you like dark chocolate, I think you'd like carob. I buy the sunspire brand but that's only because my local grocery store doesn't have carob in bulk bins. Hope you have a great Thursday!!

By the way, LOVE all the PB action going on!

so i don't know if it counts as all-natural but i found this candy corn online: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=31823035&ref=sr_gallery_3&&ga_search_query=vegan+candy+corn&ga_search_type=all&ga_page=&order=date_desc&includes[]=tags&includes[]=title

again, i'm not totally sure what you're looking for in terms of ingredients - but i came across it when i was looking for vegan candy corn so i thought i'd pass it along just in case.

Can't take credit for that one, that was all my dining halls doing. Funny story--my friend took it, ate it, and then asked what I was eating when he looked at my plate. I told him it was tempeh, and that he had just eaten that. He didn't notice it wasn't chicken, haha. He was so disappointed, too. He's convinced chicken has nutrients we can't get otherwise without being really careful. I'll definitely need to get him more on the tempeh-train

I run probably 45-50 miles a week, though I haven't checked in a while. I take rest days once every 2 weeks or so, and it's usually because something like the weather has prevented me from going out :-) I'm really bad at taking rest days of my own volition.

I go the grocery store daily! I work across the street from a Shaw's and I go almost everyday on my lunch break just to walk around (and to escape my boss!). The workers must think there's something wrong with me.

How many miles do your run per week and how many rest days do you take? Do you ever run any races? There's a great race coming up in Providence on the 17th I'm thinking of running. It's called the Free To Breathe 5k For Lung Cancer. If you like races, you should run!

Gingerlicious cookies by Indigo rabbit are carried at Whole Foods, but I think they're probably hard to find outside of NE. They're made by a small company that's based literally the next town over from me. The smores bars I've only found at the Dedham Whole Foods thus far
